The candidate pool includes nannies with all types experience, from new nannies looking to begin their career, to recent college-graduates, and even former teachers. The background, experience, and personality of each nanny is unique but they all embody the qualities that are most important – loyalty, honesty, dependability, and a true love of working with children.

Nannies, wether full or part time provide much more than general supervision. They work alongside parents, as a team, to ensure that the children in their care are happy, healthy, and thriving. The responsibilities of a nanny vary depending on the household, but often include full care of the children (bathing, dressing, feeding), organizing fun, educational and age-appropriate activities and outings, and engaging in creative play.

 

Schedules vary greatly depending on the family, their individual needs, and the level of travel and flexibility required.

I will work closely with you to develop a competitive compensation package based upon your family’s needs. Rates nannies vary greatly depending on the experience, the position duties, preferred schedule, and the level of travel and flexibility required in the role. Current rates for professional nannies are between $18-$30 per hour. In addition to their wages most nannies receive the following benefits: 2 weeks paid vacation, paid holidays/sick days, mileage reimbursement, and a health insurance stipend.

I work quickly and efficiently to source the right candidates the first time around and provide a seamless experience throughout your nanny search. Additionally, I place an equal focus on the candidates qualifications and references, as I do their individual personalities, ensuring a greater chance for success!

I will work with you to understand your needs, develop a detailed job description and craft a competitive compensation package to attract top talent specific to your family.

A $500 non refundable fee is required to begin a search. If your family selects a candidate that I have vetted for you a fee of $2,500 or 8% of the nanny annual salary whichever is greater is due upon signing of contract.
